The Tournament Manager is responsible for ensuring that every event runs smoothly—from registration and scheduling to match execution and final results. The Tournament Manager will work closely with Operations, Production, Broadcasting, Result Makers, Query Solvers, and Community teams to deliver a professional tournament experience.
Broadcasting Assistant
TMR ESPORTS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Broadcasting Assistant to support the live broadcasting team during esports tournaments and events. The Broadcasting Assistant will help ensure smooth and professional live streams by assisting with stream management, overlays, broadcast timing, and coordination between production staff, casters, observers, and tournament operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about esports broadcasting and live production who want to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of competitive gaming.
OPERATION MANAGER
TMR ESPORTS is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tournaments, scrims, and community activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of tournaments, coordinate with internal teams, manage operational workflows, and maintain high standards of professionalism across all events. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving operational processes while working closely with production, management, moderators, result makers, and community staff. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced esports environment.
RESULT MAKER
TMR ESPORTS is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Result Maker to manage and verify tournament results with accuracy and efficiency. The Result Maker plays a crucial role in ensuring fair competition by collecting match data, calculating standings, updating leaderboards, and maintaining accurate tournament records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure during live tournaments. Familiarity with esports scoring systems and spreadsheet management is highly preferred.

TMR ESPORTS is seeking an experienced and visionary Management Head to lead and oversee the organization's management team and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, supervising department heads, improving workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of tournaments, leagues, and community initiatives. The Management Head will work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational growth, maintain high operational standards, and build a productive, professional, and collaborative environment. This position requires exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of the esports ecosystem.
Queries solver
TMR ESPORTS is looking for a dedicated and professional Query Solver to handle player, team, and community inquiries before, during, and after tournaments. The Query Solver serves as the primary point of contact for participants, ensuring that all questions, concerns, and disputes are resolved promptly, fairly, and in accordance with tournament rules. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of esports tournaments and Discord-based communities.
