SERVICE
Effective Date: June 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or participating in TMR Esports services, scrims, or tournaments.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By registering an account, linking your Discord, participating in daily scrim lobbies, or entering any tournament hosted by TMR Esports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our platform and participating in our events.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to participate in esports tournaments). If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to participate in our events and agree to these terms.
2. User Accounts & Identity Verification
To register for daily competitive scrims and formal tournaments, players must provide accurate and authentic credentials:
- Linked Discord account matching the registered team captain.
- Accurate In-Game Names (IGNs) and Character UIDs.
- Real name and age for KYC verification during cash prize payouts.
Smurfing & Multi-accounting: Sharing accounts or using unregistered smurf accounts during official matches is strictly prohibited. Identity falsification will result in immediate squad disqualification and a permanent ban from our ecosystem.
3. Competitive Integrity & Fair Play
All players, teams, and captains are subject to the official Rulebook. TMR Esports maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards competitive manipulation:
// Cheating & Hacks
Use of third-party scripts, wallhacks, aimbots, recoil reducers, or hardware modifications is strictly banned.
// Match Fixing
Collusion, intentional feeding, or bracket manipulation will lead to immediate forfeiture of all prizes.
// Toxic Behavior
Harassment, hate speech, or abuse targeted at staff, referees, or other players will result in a permanent ban.
// Screen Recording
Players may be required to record their screens/POVs during matches to verify competitive legitimacy.
Violation of competitive integrity rules will lead to reporting of cheating players directly to the respective game developers (Krafton, Garena, Riot Games, Supercell, etc.), in addition to our own platform ban list announcements.
4. Prize Pools & Taxation
All tournament prize pools are subject to verification and taxation. In accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act (where applicable), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be deducted on prize winnings at the prevailing legal rates before payout distribution.
- Verification Period: A standard audit period of 15 to 30 business days is required post-tournament to verify integrity before releasing payouts.
- Payment Method: Prize money will only be paid to verified bank accounts or authorized digital wallets matching the KYC details of the registered team captain or players.
- Forfeiture: Teams disqualified due to cheating, toxicity, or roster manipulation automatically forfeit any claim to prize money.
5. Media Release & IP Rights
By participating in TMR Esports tournaments or scrims, you grant TMR Esports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, broadcast, edit, and publish your In-Game Name (IGN), team name, team logo, match stream broadcasts, voice chats during matches, VODs, and player screenshots.
This media license is used exclusively for promotional content, highlights, live stream production, social media campaigns, and marketing case studies. All rights to the raw production broadcasts, streams, and website code remain the exclusive intellectual property of TMR Esports.
6. Limitation of Liability
TMR Esports is not responsible for any game server downtime, internet disconnects, in-game bugs, or device lags experienced by players during scrims and tournaments. Lobbies will not be restarted for player-side connectivity issues unless specified by the tournament referee.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel daily lobbies, scrim slots, and tournaments at our discretion due to server maintenance, scheduling conflicts, force majeure events, or directives from game publishers.

If we find anyone using these details in the wrong way, we will take legal action. Please do not use this information to spread misinformation.
